CHAPTER 358.


AN ACT to refund to Charles Abell, late collector of taxes for


the third election district of St. Mary's county, the sum of six-


teen dollars and ninety-two cents, for money paid into the treas-


ury of the State in excess of the amount due by him for State


taxes for eighteen hundred and eighty-eight and eighteen hun-


dred and eighty-nine.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller be and he is hereby directed to issue his


warrant upon the treasurer for sixteen dollars and ninety-eight


cents to pay Charles Abell for money paid by him into the treas-

AN ACT to authorize and direct the register of wills of Queen


Anne's county, Maryland, to collect and file in separate bundles


or boxes suitable for the purpose, and to properly index the


same, the papers and proceedings relating to and connected


with the different estates of deceased persons settled, or in pro-


cess of settlement, in his office, from the year aighteen hun-


dred and fifty to the year eighteen hundred and eighty-three ;


and also to properly file and index the papers and accounts re-


ating to guardianships now in process of settlement in his


office.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
