CHAPTER 356.


AN ACT to refund Nannie M. Combs and Charlotte C. McSherry


of St. Mary's county, the sum of thirty-one dollars and twenty-


nine cents for taxes paid in error for the year eighteen hundred


and eighty-nine.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

AN ACT to refund to Gideon Lusby of Calvert county, the sum


of forty-seven dollars and fifty cents erroneously paid into the


treasury.
