Maryland shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide such cases,


and impose the penalties of this act whenever the said unculled


oysters, as above set forth, may be found on boat or in the posses-


sion of any person within the limits of said Somerset county.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage; but all violations of the provisions of the


sections repealed, and all prosecutions pending for violations of
