CHAPTER 312.
|
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to provide for the payment of mileage to witnesses
|
|
|
|
|
summoned to the circuit court for Garrett county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
|
That witnesses in Garrett county who shall reside more than three
miles from the place of holding the circuit court, shall in addi-
|
|
|
|
|
tion to the per diem allowed by law receive six and one-quarter
|
Mileage.
|
|
|
|
cents per mile for every mile exceeding the first three, to be
|
|
|
|
|
allowed in going to the court, but no witness shall be allowed
|
|
|
|
|
mileage more than once going to said court in any one term.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
|

AN ACT to provide that section one, of article fifty-six, of the

Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Mode
|
|
|
|
|
of issuing, general provisions," shall apply to Garrett county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
|
That the provisions of section one, of article fifty-six, of the Code
|
|
|
|
|
of Public General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Mode of issuing,
|

|
|
|
general provisions," shall apply to Garrett county as fully as if
|
|
|
|
|
the said section in its terms, words and language was herein con-
|
|
|
|
|
tained and repealed and made to have full force and effect in said
|
|
|
|
|
Garrett county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from

AN ACT to repeal section nineteen, of article twenty-six, of the

Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title "Judg-

ments," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
|
That section nineteen, of article twenty-six, of the Code of Public
|
Repeal
|
|
|
|
General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title "Judgments," be and the
|
|
|
|
|
same is hereby repealed and the following enacted in lieu thereof.
|
|
|
|
|
19. Every judgment rendered by any of the courts of law of this
|
|
|
