CHAPTER 307.
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to require the county commissioners of Talbot county
|
|
|
|
to pay annually to the commissioners of Baston, the amount of
|
|
|
|
road tax levied or taxed upon the property within the limits of
|
|
|
|
the town of Easton.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That the county commissioners of Talbot county shall annually
|
|
|
|
pay to the commissioners of Easton that proportion of the tax
|
|
|
|
levied in said county for the repairs of roads, which the assessed
|
|
|
Real tax.
|
value of real estate in said town hears to the total amount of
|
|
|
|
assessed property in said county, so that the commissioners of
|
|
|
|
Easton shall receive the amount levied upon the real estate of
|
|
|
|
said town for repair of roads, to he disbursed by them for the re-
|
|
|
|
pair and maintenance of the streets of said town, the amount
|
|
|
|
of the road tax levied or taxed upon the property within the
|
|
|
|
limits of the town of Easton, to be appropriated and used by them
|
|
|
|
for the repair and improvement of the roads, streets and lanes of
|
|
|
|
said town, provided that in no one year shall it exceed the sum of
|
|
|
|
three hundred dollars.

CHAPTER 308.
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and eighty-eight, of ar-
|
|
|
|
ticle ten, of the Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester county,"
|
|
|
|
sub-title " Fur," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That section one hundred and eighty-eight, of article ten, of the
|
|
|
Repeal
|
Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester county," sub-title " Fur,"
|
|
|
|
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
|
|
|
|
as follows :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 188. No person shall trap, shoot or in any way or manner
|
|
|
To trap, &c.
|
catch, kill or wound any muskrats, otter or minks in Dorchester
|
|
|
|
county, between the fifteenth day of April and the thirty-first day
|
|
|
|
of December in each and every year.
|
|
|
Effective.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
|
|
|
|
the date of its passage.
|
|
|
|
