penditures, giving the name of every person to whom money was


paid in erecting said building and furnishing the same; and the


said county commissioners shall cause the said report to be pub-


lished once in the usual manner of publishing public matter in


said Montgomery county.


SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of paying for


said new court house and furnishing the same, the said county


commissioners of Montgomery county are hereby authorized and


directed to borrow on the credit of said county an amount not ex-


ceeding fif ty thousand dollars, -and to issue coupon bonds therefor


in sums of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one


thousand dollars each, to be signed by the president of the board
