	tures to the said county commissioners of their actions and ex-
	penditures, giving the name of every person to whom money was
	paid in erecting said building and furnishing the same; and the
	said county commissioners shall cause the said report to be pub-
	lished once in the usual manner of publishing public matter in
	said Montgomery county.
	SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of paying for
	said new court house and furnishing the same, the said county
	commissioners of Montgomery county are hereby authorized and
	directed to borrow on the credit of said county an amount not ex-
	ceeding fif ty thousand dollars, -and to issue coupon bonds therefor
	in sums of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one
	thousand dollars each, to be signed by the president of the board	Bonds.

	the office; said bonds to bear interest at the rate of four per
	centum per annum payable semi-annually and dated on the day
	of their issue; said bonds shall be advertised and sold to the
	highest bidders at not less than their face value by the county

	SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That said bonds shall be issued to
	mature at twenty-five years from their date but shall be redeem-
	able at the pleasure of said county commissioners at or before their maturity; that to redeem said bonds the county commissioners of	To redeem

	said county a tax sufficient to pay the interest thereon and two
	thousand dollars of the principal debt, and said levy shall be
	designated as the " Court House Debt Fund."
	SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the bonds hereby authorized
	shall be exempt from all taxation, and that interest on said bonds	Exempt
