CHAPTER 236.


AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and twenty-three, of


article sixteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,


title "Montgomery county," sub-title "Hyattstown," and to re-


enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

amount of assessed property in Montgomery county, so that the
