in the construction of the said annex, and to be accepted by the

said claimants respectively, in full of all their claims and demands

for the construction of the said annex.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from

CHAPTER 228.
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to defray the expenses
|
|
|
|
of the commission appointed to settle the disputed questions as
|
|
|
|
to the boundary line between the States of Maryland and Vir-
|
|
|
|
ginia at Hog island.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That the treasurer of this State be and he is hereby directed to
|
|
|
|
pay upon the warrant of the comptroller the sum of fifteen hun-
|

dred dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary to the board
|

|
|
of public works, to defray the costs and expenses of the commis-
|
|
|
|
sion appointed to settle the disputed questions as to the boundary
|
|
|
|
line between this State and the State of Virginia at Hog island,
|
|
|
|
the same to be paid out of any money in the treasury not other-
|
|
|
|
wise appropriated.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
|
|
|
|
the date of its passage.
|
