CHAPTER 212.

AN ACT to refund to Daniel Laffy moneys erroneously paid into

taxes for the third collection district of Howard county, cer-

tain moneys erroneously paid by him into the treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Maryland,
