CHAPTER 199.

AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and eighty-seven of

the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hun-

dred and sixty, entitled an act for the endowment of the Bal-

timore female college; also to repeal chapter four hundred of

the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen

hundred and sixty-eight, entitled an act to increase the num-

ber of free scholarships in the Baltimore female college, and

to change the manner of appointing the beneficiaries and board

of trustees; also to repeal chapter one hundred and fifty-one

of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen

hundred and eighty, entitled an act to give Garrett county

equal educational privileges with the other counties of the

State, and also to repeal chapter three hundred and ninety-

seven of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of

eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled an act to amend by

additional section chapter one hundred and fifty-one, of Janu-

ary session of eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled an act to

give Garrett county equal educational privileges with the other

counties of the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That chapter three hundred and eighty-seven of the acts of the

General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and sixty,

entitled an act for the endowment of the Baltimore female col-

lege; also chapter four hundred of the acts of the General As-

sembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled

an act to increase the number of free scholarships in the Balti-

more female college, and to change the manner of appointing the

beneficiaries and board of trustees; also chapter one hundred and

fifty-one of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of

eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled an act to give Garrett

county equal educational privileges with the other counties of

the State, and also chapter three hundred and ninety-seven of

the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland -of eighteen hun-

dred and eighty-four, entitled, an act to amend by additional sec-

tion chapter one hundred and fifty-one, of January session of

eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled an act to give Garrett

county equal educational privileges with the other counties of

the State, be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
