SEC. 204 A. In all cases of the sale of real estate by the collec-


tors of State and county taxes for non-payment of said taxes, there


shall be allowed to the said collector from the proceeds of sale of

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

lic Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Garrett county," sub-title

so as to read as follows :
