elect another or others in place thereof; but the official acts of

any such member or members before removal shall be valid and

binding upon all concerned.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the said corporation under its

said corporate name shall have power to take and hold by dona-

tion, gift, grant, devise, bequest or otherwise, any property, real,

personal or mixed in the State of Maryland, or in any other State

of the United States, in behalf of and for the benefit of the Mary-
