SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the possession by any person


of any terrapins or terrapin eggs during the time hereinbefore

CHAPTER 150.


AN ACT to authorize the county commissioners of Frederick


county to issue bonds bearing interest at a rate not exceeding;


four per centum per annum, for the payment of the money


borrowed by the county commissioners of Frederick county to


build, repair and replace bridges in said county, and for the


payment of such further expenses as may be or have been in-


curred in the building and repair of bridges in said county,


and also for the purpose of redeeming such outstanding bonds


of the county commissioners of Frederick county as are now


redeemable, and to levy and collect the necessary taxes for the


payment of the bonds hereby authorized to be issued and the


interest thereon.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the county commissioners of Frederick county be and they


are hereby authorized and empowered to issue bonds to an amount


not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred and thirty thousand


dollars, in sums of not less than one hundred dollars nor more


than one thousand dollars each, to be signed by the president of

Bonds.

the said county commissioners of Frederick county and counter-


signed by the clerk thereof, said bonds to bear interest at a rate


not exceeding four per centum per annum, payable semi-annually


according to the tenor of the coupons for said interest to be


attached to said bonds, and the bonds to be issued under the pro-


visions of this act are hereby exempted from municipal and county


taxation, and the coupons on said bonds shall, when due and pay-


able, be received by the collector of taxes for said county in pay-


ment of county taxes; provided, however, that said bonds shall


not be sold for less than par or the face value thereof in cash


current money.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That each of said bonds shall be


payable forty years after date to bearer, redeemable, however, at


the pleasure of the county commissioners of Frederick county at
