AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay Charles W.

Clayville, late collector of State taxes for Worcester county,

the amount over-paid by him into the treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

AN ACT to regulate the sessions of the orphans' court of Charles

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That the orphans' court of Charles county shall hold but two ses-

sions in a month in each and every year, beginning on the first and
