which are conferred under said article twenty-three upon the

AN ACT to better protect wild fowl in the waters of Little Chop-


tank river. -


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That it shall be unlawful for any other than bona fide citizens or


residents of Parson's creek, Church creek and Neck districts in
