CHAPTER 62.

AN ACT to repeal chapter fifty-seven of the acts of
|
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled "An
|
|
|
|
|
act for the protection of partridges and rabbits,
|
|
|
|
|
and to prevent trespassing with dog or gun on
|
|
|
|
|
private property in Kent, Talbot and Queen
|
|
|
|
|
Anne's counties," so far as the same relates to
|
|
|
|
|
Talbot county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That chapter fifty-seven of the
|
|
|
|
|
acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled
|
|
|
|
Repealed.
|
"An act for the protection of partridges and rabbits,
|
|
|
|
|
and to prevent trespassing with dog or gun on pri-
|
|
|
|
|
vate property in Kent, Talbot and Queen 'Anne's
counties, be and the same is hereby repealed so far
|
|
|
|
|
as the same relates to Talbot county.
|
|
|
|
Effective.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
|

|
