CHAPTER 57.

AN ACT to repeal section one, chapter two hun-

|
|
|
|
dred and eighty, of the acts of eighteen hundred
|
|
|
|
|
and seventy-eight, " Providing for the protection of
|
|
|
|
|
fish in Somerset county, Maryland," and to re-en-
|
|
|
|
|
act the same with amendments.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
Repealed and
|
of Maryland, That section one, chapter two hun-
dred and eighty of the acts of eighteen hundred and
|
|
|
|
Re-enacted.
|
seventy-eight, " Providing for the protection offish in

|
|

Somerset county," be and the same is hereby repeal-
|
|
|
|
|
ed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. That it shall he unlawful for any per-
|
|
|
|
|
son or persons, except citizens of Somerset county,
|
|
|
|
Unlawful.
|
to use any patent twine, weirs, pound nets or hedges
|
|
|
|
|
for the taking of fish in the waters of Somerset
|
|
|
|
|
county.
