	town, Washington county, Maryland, now known as
	the Reformed Christ Church of Funkstown, Wash-
	ington county, Maryland.
	SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective
	effect from the date of its passage.

	CHAPTER 53.
	AN ACT to appropriate one hundred and fifty dol-
	lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to
	complete the State Hay and Cattle Scales at
	Havre de Grace.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the sum of one hundred and
	fifty dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated,
	or so much thereof as may be necessary, to complete
	the State Hay and Cattle Scales at Havre de Grace,
	the same to be drawn and expended by the com- missioners named in the act of eighteen hundred	Comp'ete hay scales
	and seventy-eight, chapter two hundred and sixty-
	two, who shall return the vouchers therefor to the
	Trensurer of Maryland; and the Comptroller is here-
	by directed to draw his warrant upon the said Treas-
	urer for said sum accordingly.
	SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
	effect from the date of its passage.
