plaintiff or plaintiffs, the amount of the judgment,


the date at which it was obtained, and from which


it bears interest, the term of the court, and, if the


records of said court show that the same has been


satisfied, made, or in any way discharged, the said


index to set forth the said fact ; and the said clerk


shall keep a full and general alphabetical index of


all judgments recovered in said court from the said


first day of January, in the year eighteen hundred


and eighty, after the manner above set forth.


SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the cost


of said books shall be paid by the County Commis-
