	CHAPTER 47.
	AN ACT to add an additional section to article
	eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
	"Frederick county," providing for the better pro-
	tection of county bridges in said county.
	SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the following section be
	and the same is hereby added to article eleven of	Additional

	sub-title "Roads."
	SEC. 267 A. It shall not be lawful for any person
	to affix any flood-gate, water-rack, fence or obstruc-
	tion of any kind, to the free flow of water to any
	county bridge in Frederick county, or to place any flood-gate; water-rack, fence or obstruction of any	Unlawful to
