	CHAPTER 44.
	AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General
	Assembly of Maryland to the devise of Mary J.
	S. Audoin, late of the city of Baltimore, deceased,
	to Saint Joseph's Apostolic Society of the Sacred
	Heart for Foreign Missions of Baltimore city.
	WHEREAS Mary J. S. Andoin, late of the city of
	Baltimore, deceased, by her last will and testament,
	duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for
	Baltimore city, on or about the seventeenth day of
	December, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, de-	Preamble.
	vised to Saint Joseph's Apostolic Society of the Sacred Heart for Foreign Missions of Baltimore
	city certain real estate situate in the city of Balti-
	more, which is fully set forth in said last will and
	testament; therefore,
	SEOTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of	Sanction giv-

	same is hereby given to the said devise.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.

	CHAPTER 45.
	AN ACT to give and declare the assent, sanction
	and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
	land to the legacy or bequest of one thousand
	dollars, willed and bequeathed by John A. Gam-
	brel, late of the city of Baltimore, deceasrd, to
	the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Messiah
	in Baltimore city.
