and Ohio Canal Company, and into the charges made

company in the Circuit Court of the United States

for the district of Maryland, be required to sit in the

recess of the General Assembly, and be directed to

summon and examine such further and other wit-

nesses as may be necessary for the full and complete

ascertainment of all facts connected with said man-

agement which are needful to the fall understand-

ing thereof; and that said committee be directed to

make report of said testimony from time to time to

the Board of Public Works of this State.
