CHAPTER 448.


AN ACT for the protection of fish in the waters


of Wicomico county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any
person or persons to set, stake, or in any manner

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That each and every


person who may violate any of the provisions of this


act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and


upon conviction thereof, before any justice of the


peace of Wicomico county, shall be fined by the said


justice of the peace sitting in the case a sum not less
than ten dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars,
