	and shall have power and authority to commit to
	the jail of said county such offender or offenders so	May commit
	convicted until such fine or fines, so imposed, and	to jail.
	costs, shall be fully paid and satisfied, subject to an
	appeal in all cases to the Circuit Court for Somerset
	county, from any judgment or conviction which may
	be rendered by said justice of the peace.
	SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all fines accruing
	from the enforcement of this act shall be paid by the	Fines fol use
	said justice of the peace to the secretary and treas-	of public
	urer of the school board of Somerset county, for the	schools
	use of the public schools of said county.
	SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.

	ing an additional section to said article, under
	said sub-title, relating to said Electors, to be
	known as section seventy-two A.
