CHAPTER 423.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

|
|
|
|
Howard county to rent a home for the purposes
|
|
|
|
|
of an infirmary for the indigent sick of said
|
|
|
|
|
county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
|

ized, if they deem it desirable, to rent a home in
|
|
|
|
|
said county for the purposes of an infirmary for the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

CHAPTER 424.
AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and forty-
four of the acts passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An
act to repeal and re-enact as amended, section
three of chapter two hundred and three of acts
passed at the January session, eighteen hundred
and seventy-six, entitled 'An act to prevent stock
running at large in Baltimore county, within five
miles from Baltimore city,'" and to re-enact the
same so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That chapter two hundred and forty-
