members of the same, be and they are hereby con-

stituted a body politic and corporate, with succession,
|
|
|
|
|
under the name and style of the Baltimore Kennel
|
|
|
|
|
Club, with power to them and their successors to
|
|
|
|
|
adopt a common seal, and the same to change and
|
|
|
|
|
alter; and by the corporate name above-mentioned.

|
|
|
to sue and be sued, implead and be impleaded, and
|
|
|
|
|
to take and hold property, real, personal and mixed,
and the same to sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose
|
|
|
|
|
of, and in general to do, suffer and perform, with
|
|
|
|
|
reference to the herein before mentioned purpose of
|
|
|
|
|
their incorporation, all acts and things which may
|
|
|
|
|
lawfully be done, performed and suffered by a
|
|
|
|
|
natural person.

|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this corporation,
|
|
|
|
|
or a majority of the members of the same, shall have
|
|
|
|
|
full power to make a constitution and by laws for
|
|
|
|

the management of the affairs of said club, and the
