examination of the grand jury and commissioners of
said county; and it shall be the duty of said com-
missioners, twice in each year, immediately preceding
the commencement of the February terms of the cir-
cuit court, to make, or cause to be made, a thorough
examination of the books, accounts, papers and
vouchers of the said collector, and to make to the
said court, during the first week of each of said terms,
a full report of the results of said examination.

		CHAPTER 416.
		AN ACT to repeal chapter twenty-nine of the Acts
		of Assembly passed at the January session, eigh-
		teen hundred and seventy four, entitled " An act
		to repeal an act passed at January session, eigh-
		teen hundred and seventy-two, chapter forty-four,
		entitled ' An act to repeal an act passed January
		session, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter
		eleven, to repeal section two hundred and four of
		article twenty-one of the Code of Public Local
		Laws for Washington county, relating to justices
		of the peace and constables in said county, '" and
		to re-enact the said act of eighteen hundred and
		seventy-two, chapter forty-four, with amendments,
		and an additional provision in regard to registers
		of voters in said county, and to re-enact said chap-
		ter twenty-nine of the acts of eighteen hundred
		and seventy-four with amendments.
