CHAPTER 408.


AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and seven-


teen, of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-


four, entitled "An act to incorporate the town of


Huntington, Prince George's county," and to re-


enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and sev-


enteen of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-


four, entitled "An act to incorporate the town of

same is hereby repealed, amended and re-enacted,


so as to read as follows : That the citizens of the


town of Huntington, in Prince George's county, are


hereby constituted a body corporate, by the name of


the Commissioners of Huntington, and by that name


may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, and


have and use a common seal.


SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the limits and extent
