CHAPTER 405.

|
|
AN ACT to change a part of the dividing line be-
|
|
|
|
|
tween the sixth election district and seventh elec-
|
|
|
|
|
tion district of Baltimore county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That all that part of the sixth
|
|
|
|
|
election district of Baltimore county, lying easterly
|
|
|
|
|
and north easterly of the Northern Central Railroad,
and between said railroad and the present line of
|
|
|
|
|
said sixth election district and the seventh election
|
|
|
|
|
district of said county, shall be, and is hereby made
|
|
|
|
|
a part of said seventh election district, and that said
|

crosses the Maryland and Pennsylvania line to the
|
|
|
|
|
point at which it crosses Bee Tree Run, nearest the
|
|
|
|
|
point at which said Bee Tree Run empties into a

|
|
|
|
branch of the Great Gunpowder Falls or river, south
|
|
|
|
|
of Bently Springs station on said Northern Central
|
|
|
|
|
railroad, shall be, and is hereby made the dividing
|
|
|
|
|
line between said sixth and seventh election district.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said part of said
|
|
|
|
|
sixth election district hereby made a part of said
|

seventh election district, shall be included in, and
|
|
|
|
|
constitute a part of the first precinct of said seventh
|
|
|
|
|
election district.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 3. And le it enacted, That the officer of regis-
|
|
|
|
|
tration of said sixth election district, prior to the
|
|
|
|
|
next election in this State, and when he first sits for
|
|
|
|
|
the purpose of registration, shall transmit to the
|

|
officer of registration of said seventh election district,
|
|
|
|
|
certificates of registration of all persons residing in
|
|
|
|
|
said part of said sixth election district hereby made
|
|
|
|
|
a part of said seventh election district, who are regis-
|
|
|
|
|
tered as voters in said sixth election district, and
|
|
|
|
|
shall strike their names from the registration list of
|
|
|
|
|
said sixth election district ; and that the officer of
|
|
|
|
|
registration of said seventh election district, upon
|
|
|
|
|
receiving said certificates of registration, shall regis-
|
|
|
|
|
ter all persons whose names appear on said certifi-
|
|
|
|
|
cates, and all other persons residing in said part of
|
|
|
