	of pursuing the provisions of the seventh section of
	said act.

	CHAPTER 394.
	AN ACT to give the sanction of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland to the bequest of Lemuel
	Stewart, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the
	trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
	the "West Baltimore Station, in the city of Balti-
	more.
	WHEREAS Lemuel Stewart, of Baltimore city, de-
	ceased, did, by his last will and testament, now re-
	corded in the office of the Register of Wills of said	Preamble
	city, bequeathed to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the West Baltimore Station,
	in the city of Baltimore, the sum of one hundred
	dollars.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland is hereby given to the said bequest of the said Lemuel Stewart.	Sanction giv- en.
