AN ACT to repeal and re-enact chapter two hundred

and ninety-four of the acts of eighteen hundred

and seventy-four, entitled "An act to encourage

the destruction of hawks in Harford and Worces-

ter counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That chapter two hun-

dred and ninety-four of the acts of eighteen hundred

enacted so as to read as follows :

SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That any person killing any hawk
