"An act to regulate the closing of roads in Prince


George's county," be and the same is hereby repealed,


amended and the following enacted in lieu thereof:


SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the Board of County


Commissioners of Prince George's county shall ap-


point, on or before the first day of July, eighteen


hundred and eighty, and on or before the first day


of the same month, yearly thereafter, as long as it


may be deemed necessary, in each election district of

ers, who shall proceed at once to examine and report

and from the expense of which the county ought to


be relieved, as also what public roads may with

county commissioners shall permit any public road

SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That this act shall take


effect from the date of its passage.
