SEC. 32. And be it enacted, That the Mayor and

Councilmen of the town of Lonaconing shall have

power to require license from all circuses, menage-

|

ries, theatrical and other exhibitions for gain, exhib-
|
|
|

wagons, drays and every description of wheel ve-
hicle and carriage kept for hire in said town ; also

from auctions, stores, hawkers and peddlers.

SEC. 33. And be it enacted, That said corporation

evidence of debt to be used as currency.

SEC. 34. And be it enacted, That at the election

|
|
|
provided for in section five of this act, each voter
|
|
|
|
shall have printed or written on his ticket " for in-
|
|
|
|
corporation, or " against incorporation ;" if a ma-
|
|

jority of the qualified voters in said town at said
election shall vote in favor of an incorporation, then
the provisions of this act shall take effect, and the
|
|
|
|
election thereunder shall be valid ; but if a majority
|
|
|
|
of said voters shall vote against incorporation, then
|

|
|
this act shall be held as utterly null and void.

Effective.

SEC. 35. And be it enacted, That this act shall
|
|
|
|
take effect from the date of its passage.
|
