principal; the first levy of five thousand dollars to

in March, eighteen hundred and eighty; said levies

to be designated as the Court House fund, and to be

payable in cash, and the first money arising there-

from shall be applied, when needed, to the payment
|
|

|
of the said interest, and the balance to the redemp-
|
|
|

tion of the said principal debt.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the bonds hereby
