	CHAPTER 344.
	AN ACT relating to the road running through the
	lands of John L. Eudd to the Wicomico River,
	in Charles county.
	WHEREAS it has been represented to this General
	Assembly that the road leading from the public road
	from New Port to Budd's Creek, in Charles county,
	to the Wicomico River, is but little used, save and
	except by carts and wagons shipping produce to Budd's Landing, on said river, and is not a thorough-	Preamble.
	fare between any two points, but is of great conve-
	nience to citizens living in the neighborhood thereof,
	for the purpose of shipping, who do not wish to be
	deprived of the use of said road for said purposes,
	but are willing that gates should remain on said
	road; therefore —
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the road leading from the public
	road from New Port to Budd's Creek, in Charles
	county, through the lands of John L. Budd to the Wicomico River, be and the same is hereby ex-	Exempted.

	hundred and seventy six, chapter two hundred and
	ninety-one, entitled "An act to remove all gates from
	the public roads of Charles county."
