	CHAPTER 328.
	AN ACT to authorize and empower the Chesa-
	peake Steam Navigation and Hotel Company to
	construct a bridge over Back creek, in the second
	district of Anne Arundel county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the Chesapeake Steam Nav-
	igation and Hotel Company be and it is hereby au-
	thorized and empowered to construct and keep in	Free bridge.
	repair a free bridge for the passage of carts, wagons, foot passengers, and the general convenience of travel
	over Back creek, in the second election district of
	Anne Arundel county.
	SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said
	company, in building said bridge, shall have the same provided with a suitable and proper draw-	Width of draw.

	as to admit the full and free egress and ingress to
	and from said creek.
