	CHAPTER 325.
	AN ACT making it the duty of the County Com-
	missioners for Montgomery county to include in
	their annual exhibit of receipts and expenditures
	certain matters herein specified.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That from and after the passage of
	this act it shall be the duty of the County Commis-
	sioners for Montgomery county to publish, in their
	annual exhibit of receipts and expenditures, the
	amount of moneys received from the sheriff of said
	county as costs collected by him in criminal cases ;
	also the amount of moneys remaining in the hands	Exhibit of ex-
	of said commissioners as unexpended balances due	penditures.
	pensioners who have died during the year, for which
	such pensioners were allowed ; also the amount of
	moneys repaid from other counties for moneys ex-
	pended in the trial of cases removed from such coun-
	ties for trial in the Circuit Court for Montgomery
	county ; also the amount of moneys remaining in
	the hands of the commissioners over and above what
	has been actually required to pay the existing cred-
	itors of the county.

CHAPTER 326.

AN ACT to confer additional jurisdiction upon
" Justices of the Peace," of Montgomery, Prince
George's, Harford, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Wi-
comico, Caroline, Talbot, St. Mary's, Garrett,
Howard, Somerset, Washington, Frederick, Dor-
chester, Kent, Charles and Allegany counties.
