SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That if it shall be found
|
|
|
|
that a majority of the votes cast at said election as
|
|
|
|
aforesaid are against liquor license, then license for
|
|
|
|
the sale of intoxicating liquors shall not be granted
|
|
|
|
in said county, on and after the first day of May,
|
|
|

eighteen hundred and eighty-one ; but if it shall be

tion as aforesaid are for liquor license, then license

SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That if it shall be found

be lawful for any person or persons, corporation,
company or association, to sell, directly or indirectly,
barter or trade any kind of intoxicating liquors in

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That any person or
|
|
|
|
persons, corporation, company or association violat-
ing the provisions of this act, by selling directly or
|
|
|

cating liquors in said county, upon conviction in a
court of justice shall, at the discretion of the court,

pay a fine of not more than three hundred dollars
|
|
|

nor less than fifty dollars.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall go
