CHAPTER 322.


AN ACT to repeal sections one hundred and two


and one hundred and three of article twenty-one of


the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington


county," sub-title "Fish," and to re-enact the


same with amendments.

bly of Maryland, That sections one hundred and

twenty dollars, and in default of payment of such


fine shall be committed to the county jail for a


term not exceeding sixty days, the said fine to be
