CHAPTER 317.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments


section two hundred and eighty-nine, article twen


ty-one, of the Code of Public Local Laws, titled


" Washington county," sub-titled " Sharpsburg,"


and to add an additional section to said article, to

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section two hundred and eighty-


nine, article twenty-one of the Code of Public

" Sharpsburg," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, and an additional
