SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That any corpora-

CHAPTER 274.

AN ACT to enable the qualified voters of Cecil
|
|
|
|
|
county to determine by ballot whether spirituous
|
|
|
|
|
or fermented liquors or alcoholic bitters shall be
|
|
|
|
|
sold in said county.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the question of whether or

|

not any person or persons, or any house, corporation,
company or association shall be allowed at any time

to sell by himself, herself or itself, his, her or its
|
|
|

clerk, servant or agent, directly or indirectly, any

|
|

hereinafter provided, may be licensed to sell spir-

ituous or fermented liquors in Cecil county, shall be
