CHAPTER 260.


AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and seven-


ty-six of the acts passed at the January session,


eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An


act to repeal an act passed at the session of the


General Assembly of Maryland in eighteen hun-


dred and seventy-six, chapter two hundred and


fifty-two, entitled 'An act to repeal an act passed


at the session of the General Assembly of Mary-


land in eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chap-


ter four hundred and twenty-one,' entitled ' An


act to repeal section two of article forty-one of


the Public General Laws of Maryland, title ' Fish


and Fisheries,'" and to re-enact the same with


amendments, and to substitute the following in lieu


thereof, and to amend and re-enact so as to read


as follows, and to amend and re-enact the same


as amended.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the act passed at the session of


the General Assembly, eighteen hundred and seven-


ty-eight, chapter two hundred and seventy-six, en-


titled " An act to repeal an act passed at the session


of the General Assembly of Maryland, eighteen


hundred and seventy-six, chapter two hundred and


fifty-two, entitled 'An act to repeal an act passed at
