	CHAPTER 258.
	AN ACT to authorize the Comptroller to audit and
	settle the claim for pension of Mrs. Elizabeth Ryan
	of Prince George's county.
	WHEREAS the name of Mrs. Elizabeth Eyon was
	accidentally omitted 'or misspelled in the act of eigh-	Preamble.
	teen hundred and seventy, chapter four hundred and
	seventy-seven, by reason whereof said party has lost
	the benefit of said act ; therefore,
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby authorized and directed to audit and settle
	the claim for pension of Mrs. Elizabeth Ryon, and	Audit and
	that she be allowed in the same manner as if she	settle
	had been properly named in the act of eighteen hun-
	dred and seventy, chapter four hundred and seventy- seven, providing for payment of pensions, shall in
	all respects be complied with.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.

CHAPTER 259.

AN ACT to amend chapter one hundred and eight
of the Acts of Assembly passed at the January ses-
sion of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, en-
titled an act to add an additional article to the
Code of "Public Local Laws," to be entitled
" Garrett county," by adding thereto a section to
be known as section twenty A, limiting the ex-
penditures for county printing.
