with any family or families, or persons who may be

able and willing and will undertake to provide them
with suitable homes; or if incorrigible, or beyond

discipline or control, to place them in any other suita-

ble institution which may be willing to receive them,

to be subject to its control for the same periods as

herein mentioned ; and any other charitable institu-

tion is hereby authorized to receive such children

from this one, to be, when received, retained and con-

trolled in accordance with the laws and regulations

affecting such institution and the children under its

care.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

herewith, are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 250.

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and sixty-

five of the acts of the General Assembly of Mary-

land, passed at the January session, eighteen hun-

dred and seventy-four, entitled "An act to incor-

porate the town of Sharptown, Wicomico county."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and

sixty- five, passed at the January session of the General

Repealed.

Assembly of Maryland, in the year eighteen hundred
and seventy-four, entitled "An act to incorporate the

town of Sharptown, Wicomico county," be and the

same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
