CHAPTER 247.

AN ACT to refund to William S. Richardson a

sum of money paid the State in error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

State is hereby directed to issue his warrant to the

Treasurer to pay to William S. Richardson, Register
of Wills for Harford county, the sum of thirty-four

dollars and six cents, being an amount of money

paid the State in error in the settlement of his ac-

counts with the Comptroller, the said refunding

having been recommended by the Comptroller and

Treasurer.

CHAPTER 248.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

Harford county to levy annually a sum of money

for the relief of Thomas M. Treadway, of said

county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
