CHAPTER 25.

AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and five

of the acts passed at the January session, eighteen

hundred and seventy-two, entitled an act regulat-

ing fences in Emmittsburg district, Frederick

county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and

CHAPTER 26.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the clerk to the

County Commissioners of Harford county to ad-

minister an oath or affirmation to any person pre-

senting a claim to the commissioners of said coun-

ty against said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the clerk to the County

services said clerk shall be entitled to make the same

charge that is allowed to justices of the peace of said

And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
