CHAPTER 23.

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and nine-

ty-eight of the acts passed at January session,

eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An

act to authorize and empower the County Com-

missioners of Somerset county to levy a sum of

money to build a bridge over Monumsko Creek,

in said county," and re-enact the same so as to

read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

to build a bridge across Monumsko Creek of such
