not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred

order to convict, to prove that the .offender was actu-
|

ally taking up oysters, but only that he was at work
|
|
|
|
in the waters so staked off by bushes, stakes or buoys
|
|
|
|
as aforesaid.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to enable the Consumers Mutual Gas

|
|
Light Company of Baltimore city to hold and dis-

|
|
|
pose of certain shares of the capital stock of said

|
|

company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|

|

received in payment for any of said stock, and the

|

extent to which said payments have been so made
