any artificial light, any "wildfowl" in the waters


of Talbot county, nor shall any " wild fowl" be cap-


tured by nets or traps of any kind, in the waters of


said county, at any time.


SEC. 4. The violation of section second and third


of this act is a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction


thereof before a justice of the peace of said county,


the offender shall be fined not less than fifty dollars


nor more than one hundred dollars, and the boat,
