any artificial light, any "wildfowl" in the waters

of Talbot county, nor shall any " wild fowl" be cap-
|
|
|
|
tured by nets or traps of any kind, in the waters of
|
|
|
|
said county, at any time.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 4. The violation of section second and third
|
|
|
|
of this act is a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction
|
|
|
|
thereof before a justice of the peace of said county,
|
|
|
|
the offender shall be fined not less than fifty dollars
|
|
|
|
nor more than one hundred dollars, and the boat,
|
|
|
|
gun and other apparatus used shall be confiscated
|

and sold at public auction, one-half of said fine to go

violation.

to the informer, and the officer making the arrest to
|
|
|
|
be entitled to a fee of ten dollars upon the sale of
|
|
|
|
said gun, boat and apparatus, as aforesaid ; the bal-

|
ance of the fine and proceeds of said sale shall go to
|
|
|
|
the County Commissioners of Talbot county, for use
|
|
|
|
of said county.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall

AN ACT to provide for the copying or transcribing

|
|
|
a docket in the office of the register of wills for
|
|
|
|
Montgomery county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the register of wills for
|
|
|
|
Montgomery county be and he is hereby authorized
|
|
|
|
and empowered, if, in the opinion of the Orphans'
|
|
|
|
Court of said county it is necessary for the preser-
|

ble docket.

ments of the public interest, to obtain a suitable
|
|
|
|
docket, and to copy and transcribe therein the con-
|
|

tents of the docket in the office of said register of

|
|
|
|
administrators and guardians from the year eighteen
|
|
|
|
