CHAPTER 170.


AN ACT to amend the preamble and section one of


an act passed by the General Assembly of Ma-


ryland at December session, eighteen hundred and


forty-nine, chapter two hundred and thirty, en-


titled "An act to establish the Western Ceme-


tery," by striking out the words " Fayette Street


Methodist Episcopal Church " wherever they oc-


cur therein, and inserting in lieu thereof the


words, " Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fay-


ette Street Station."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the preamble and section

WHEREAS the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal

sion, eighteen hundred and two, chapter one hun-


dred and eleven, are desirous to obtain authority to

Falls, about midway between the Baltimore and


Frederick turnpike road, and at Calverton Mills, to
