	CHAPTER 170.
	AN ACT to amend the preamble and section one of
	an act passed by the General Assembly of Ma-
	ryland at December session, eighteen hundred and
	forty-nine, chapter two hundred and thirty, en-
	titled "An act to establish the Western Ceme-
	tery," by striking out the words " Fayette Street
	Methodist Episcopal Church " wherever they oc-
	cur therein, and inserting in lieu thereof the
	words, " Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fay-
	ette Street Station."
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the preamble and section
	one of an act entitled "An act to incorporate the
	Western Cemetery," passed by the General Assem-	Amended.
	bly of Maryland at the December session, eighteen
	hundred and forty-nine, be and the same are hereby
	amended to read as follows :
	WHEREAS the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
	Church of the Fayette Street Station, in the city
	of Baltimore, incorporated under an act of the Gen-
	eral Assembly, of Maryland passed at December ses-
	sion, eighteen hundred and two, chapter one hun-
	dred and eleven, are desirous to obtain authority to	Preamble
	purchase and hold a parcel of land in Baltimore
	county, and binding on the east margin of Gwynn's Falls, about midway between the Baltimore and
	Frederick turnpike road, and at Calverton Mills, to
	be used as a public cemetery for the burial of the
	dead; therefore —
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the trustees of the Metho-
	dist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station,
	in the city of Baltimore, and their successors, be and	Authorized
